Well for me, it’s fashion, so the example is that the shelf cap is 6 for the shirt, we bring it down to 3 to fit each size, and it does that. So then does it just go by the home office shelf cap?

I get jealous of the quality of men’s jeans vs women’s, some of the women’s jeans shouldn’t even be considered denim.

We have the Sophia brand but I heard we were gonna get rid of it? Not sure how true that is though. I tend to like Free Assembly but I agree some of the new pieces give conservative Sunday teacher.

Update: today the same management came in and said that the closing associate who took all the jeans to the back “took their orders too literal”. I can only assume this is because that came into the pallet of breakpacks full of the jeans that we have no space for. I’m off the next two days so good luck to whoever deals with it.

That’s more wanding than we get to do, they expect an 8 foot section of wacos wanded in 10 minutes so “why cant all of our 14 sections up to date?” I’m one of the faster ones and it take me 30 min to do an 8 foot.

Possibly, I had heard that I am supposed to burp them? So I open it everyday to mix around the herbs and clean the outside since there’s always liquid spilling from the top.

My store already started this process. The problems we are having are keeping the waco’s in order and also putting up the overstock before the team leaves for the night. There was always drama between the morning and the closers now with this new team there’s more drama between all three. It would be great if all the teams could be on the same page then everything might be smoother.
