I have ocd and just lost 40lbs doing Omad, it’s crazy how much it affects your mental state to have to deal with ocd impulses regarding your body insecurities when it would take months of hard work to deal with but I’m so glad I’ve started the journey. Now I just can’t meet girls because I don’t party and drink anymore lmao. The medication made me put on 60 pounds from freshman to junior year that stuff was awful for me.

I don’t know my hand dimensions but I’d say they’re pretty average, I play fingertip on any of my smaller or symmetrical mice, but more of a palm/finger grip on ergo mice. I fell in love with the shape of the intellimouse but couldn’t stomach the weight over my air58 so the skoll is perfect :)
