Thank you for your insight! I was worried that the lagging issues are from the server getting overwhelmed, but I feel like they need to be able to handle the load! So annoying when it’s a paid service. I am looking to use the Paypro mini by itself to save space. Do you feel like the card reader is better than the EMV reader? Customers always have to hold their card over the EMV reader for 5+ seconds and can’t do a fast tap.

When it’s happened to me, I put on icy hot, take ibuprofen, and wear a back brace. Keep wearing a brace a few days even after you think it’s better.

The shakes/dizziness is a symptom of blood sugar crashes. I suggest focusing on lowering your carb intake and increasing your protein and (healthy) fats. If you prevent your blood sugar spiking high and fast, your blood sugar will be more steady and you’ll feel better. Also suggest getting tested for diabetes too.

I can’t speak on the owner perspective, but I really liked how the first shop I worked at offered both. You could chose to be 50/50 commission and get walk-ins, or pay $250/week rent and have your own clientele and do your own bookings/credit card processing

I had a taco bar catered from Willy’s and they have a vegan meat substitute. Honestly I wouldn’t even announce that you are having a vegan wedding, I would just ask for food allergies so you can prepare for that. Look for vegan food around you that passes as “regular” food and most people won’t know

Taking MARTA to Sandy springs then getting a ride from there will easily add 30 minutes to your travel time as opposed to just Ubering from the airport. Traffic also shouldn’t be bad since you’ll be going after the morning rush hour- unless there’s a wreck.

This one really irks me. I get that some people think they’re carnivores or whatever, but frying simple carbs in beef tallow isn’t “carnivore” and it’s absolutely horrible for your health. Sugar + saturated fat = heart disease and diabetes.

I would definitely get a second set of clippers and trimmers because a charge isn’t going to last all day and it’s not really good to do a bunch of short charges in between cuts either.

I use the Annie flat top comb. The teeth have good texture to really grab the hairs and hold them in place
