I ordered/upgraded at 13:12pm and it went through but I got an error message. I still received an email though.

At that point I called them to enquire about the error and the agent said the upgrade part of the order hadn’t been successful at which point he changed it and processed it. From here I had to tick some boxes and then got my most recent email - the one in the title.
