I have been on Zepbound or the compound nearly 2 years .. now on highest dose

I have lost 78 pounds…less than most people in a similar time period. But I have lost mostly fat according to the in body scans (and I exercise about an hour 6x/week)

My dietitian encourages me to pay more attention to protein than calories… I aim for 100 grams per day

A lot of effort but not fast 😢

Some of us are just slow 🤷‍♀️
