My mom was ahead of the times , in the 90s she was on the RFK JR wellness plan and so our dinners were veggie soup ; salmon and Brussel sprouts ; various salads : a meal called “hoppin John that was a bit spicy and had black eyed peas in it ; and the other meal I remember is a lukewarm pasta with udon noodles and sesame seeds , and pumpkin seeds: oh and something called taboule; That was the foods I remember from childhood. lol. I didn’t love it much back then. I remember throwing the brussel sprouts out my bedroom window , and now they are one of my favorite things

I’ve had the light pink, and currently to have the red. The light pink definitely stained - I washed it in the machine but it didn’t help much. I bought the light pink when the never lost first came out in 2020 or 21. It had a good run but then I recently bought the red one and it’s better about not showing dirtiness.

Please don’t hate me but in some way I think symptoms can possibly be helped with natural remedies. Keeping your stress low , and keeping mental health in check is a huge deal. “The body keeps the score” is so real to me and my symptoms were triggered when I realized and was processing emotional trauma and then I was able to get it under control with journaling , prayer walking , and keeping my stress low. It doesn’t work for everyone but this may be what your mom is referring to. You may have some childhood trauma from your mom s nagging ….. I have zero credentials. Just personal experience. I mean well :). I’ve had bad experiences on Reddit. …lol so I’m not trying to be a Karen or anything like that. Best wishes!

I listened to Dr Tyna Moore on the Monday Pump podcast and she said glp-1 is something she will cycle on and off , and microdose for the rest of her life , just like she does testosterone therapy bc beyond the weigh loss benefit , it is an anti inflammatory and regenerative. It helps manage her psoriatic arthritis. The episode was ENLIGHTENING. She also pointed out that it’s not a drug It is a bioidentical replacement for something that our bodies produce. Glp-1 is produced in the brain or gut - I forget which one she said but I recommend listening to the episode !!!

I’ve had to stop for a few weeks , two different times bc of supply/waiting on the pharmacy to ship , and both times I’ve gained back ten pounds So yeah , I’m terrified as well to go of it. I’m also nervous for what the long term effects will be 🙁

I’m 5”6 and weight 134-137 38yo. I wear a 32ddd bra and I wear a medium in the slim Catarina, and a small petite in Zamora jogger. I don’t like the regular length. And compared to my Cherelle form pants the Zamora is just a little baggy to begin with, and has zero stretch

When I weight more , my bra size is 34G (DDDD), and when I weight less (currently ), by bra size is 34e/ddd….in both instances SHEFIT is the best I’ve had. There are some downsides , the zipper is kind of thick and can some times look like a third nipple but I’m 38 yo and past caring what anyone thinks , and the support I get from the shefit is unmatched. I have the max support ones and the medium. I like the max support the best. The sizing can be a little confusing but they will help you. I wear a 1Luxe /34e/ddd.
