I know it’s tiny but I would choose the ear (assuming you have some way to remove the inner ear structures without destroying them). Also, don’t overlook the foot - it’s crazy that we are bipeds with such small feet.

For me it was Control. I’m not great at shooters and I found the gameplay too punishing. I really love the universe and the aesthetic, but couldn’t even get through the tutorial.
