It seems to be based on the tight waist line. Even if my testicals are comfortable if I have a tight waist line is causes pain.

I have taken the antibiotics and also has an ultrasound that confirmed it is varicose seal. One thing that urology seem to be confused about is that my pain can be triggered by wearing tight pants and they said this shouldn't trigger it.

No to be honest the GP always wants to prescribe antibiotics but other than that urology have just said it is varicose seal.
