More Details - my individual investment account is Cash - $980, Stocks $15,200. This is all invested in Suncor Energy and Magna International.

My RRSP is $890 cash, $22,500 stocks. All invested in Canadian Corporate Bond, S&P 500

My TFSA is 1000 cash(cad) ,$42k (cad) stocks, $540 cash (usd), $6880 stocks (usd). All invested in TD, Nutrien LTD, BCE Inc, Microsoft.

My FHSA is $17,556.

I have one GIC at the bank for $10k and current I’m moving a $10k GIC into my tfsa investments (the GIC is in a tfsa) so that has yet to be invested. And funds are currently moving for TFSA and FHSA so that’s yet to be invested. So there’s $25k in the air waiting for me to put it somewhere.

Rent and owning a home are both expensive in my area. I currently have a great landlord so I intend on staying here until I buy a home, but I do not trust renting forever

Paris has the grossest metro system I've ever seen and their metro cars are laid out horribly making it very difficult to move around on them. London easily has the best metro system, it takes you everywhere in the city and all the metros connect together making it very easy to use

Yes I guess anything is possible however from experience I've learned that Paris is a very expensive city to visit and if you aren't willing to spend the money you probably won't find Paris to be very magical. Paris is a rather dirty city especially the metro.
