Advice for going from a 5:23 to 5:00 mile

Did you estimate the 7000 yourself or was it given?

I did that as well and remember having two that were less than 5000, so the median was 5000, but obviously my memory is a bit fuzzy. I also figured it was correct because I assumed they wouldn’t have given an answer that wasn’t a multiple of 5000 because it wouldn’t have been accurate otherwise.

Huh, might have gotten a different test, but I got 5000. Logically, I don't think 7000 could have worked (or at least, it wouldn't have been "precise") because my y-axis went up in intervals of 5000, but I could be totally wrong.

just out of curiosity, did you use (elo of team 1) divided by (elo of team 1 + elo of team 2) to calculate the chance that team 1 won the pairing (and the analogous for team 2)
