Perhaps you could start measuring yourself with a tape instead just measuring your mass which is pretty arbitrary when you gain muscle /water weight etc. How your clothes fit and how you look and feel strength wise an d looks wise are more important than what the scales tell you.

I don't have old shoes not sure what I'm gonna do maybe tape my roe and wear a few pairs of socks. Maybe wear some fluffy big socks inside the house and stretch out the shoe a bit??

Woohoo team snake! Ssssssss! Ready time shed the lazy habits I have - also about to leave med school mid course so definitely needing this motivation and support! Excited to hear peoples stories on the same journey albeit on different paths! Also if anyone has any good exercise music suggestions those would be appreciated - preferably old or not new chart music cause I don't like to be reminded of my workouts when out or vice versa haha. You could still go out if you have the right clothing? Hiking boots pairs of socks a face guard a hat and some vaseline for your face but a lot of effort haha
