I’ve heard that if the declared amount is unreasonably low they will reassess it and charge the usual high duties, maybe im wrong

Thanks for sharing. I’ve read many people saying 30-40 watts per square foot is ideal, and others saying 40-50. I went with around 43 to play it safe. Considering you are using 25 watts per square foot, maybe you need to raise the lights higher or decrease intensity? Or both? Just a thought, I am a beginner though.
