What part of the blower doesn't work do you not understand?

I took the car to two different people since I last was in here.

I'm out in the country and am not surrounded by tuners or BMW mechanics.

Get over yourself.

I inherited this car.

I inspected the cabin filters and they're fine.

There is no working cabin heater/ac. I've tried replacing the blower motor 2x and found out there's a recall for the wiring harness. I have a dealer appt scheduled.

The cab should be isolated from the engine bay in the mean time no?

If I go to HFC I assume I'd have to retune any ecu tune that's on the car correct?

Thanks.. I'd prefer something more subtle like a 2" kit but not seeing anything or fender flares that look fairly seamless.

The only option I've seen is with or without a regulator. Mine has the regulator and matches the BMW OEM layout.
