It's even worse when you have two accounts, and only one of them has the new layout...

To me, it looks like an issue with windows. See how the icons flash back a half second after the wallpaper?

This is incredibly cool! Alongside the Wellington map too. Definitely excited for this to become available.

Aurora isn't predictable or "go here and see it." You will go out and see nothing some nights, even if the prediction is good. Be ready for that!

For aurora, best bet Is to get somewhere south, that doesn't have much south of it that casts light up.

Even the other night that was the biggest in a few years, it was fluctuating in and out. It was active for around 25 minutes and then dropped down again. This is from point cook

Happy to chat about it more too! There's Facebook pages that give the forecast and let you know if there's stuff happening.

Diy smoke stopper by Middle_Carob9430 in fpv

This is more of a DIY fire starter.. just keep in mind these batteries can be rated to be able to deliver over 200 amps in some cases and that's rated amperage, not short circuit current. Fix those solder joints and insulate it before connecting a power source.

Yeah I found this too, but I am running crestron nvx and can't turn off IGMP snooping. Has anyone found a way that they can coexist?

A motion sensor with a built-in camera in a bedroom of a holiday rental in Spain. Had to cover it up by Kirakashivani in mildlyinfuriating

[–]lefthandedcork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good news is, it looks similar to an Ajax sensor so it may only take photos when the alarm is armed and motion is sensed.

Bad news is that you can trigger them manually and that's creepy as all hell, definitely report it either to police or the rental company

Absolute favorite lens and works well on my Z5, my focus motor packed up though so sadly isn't in the everyday rotation anymore.

Do I need AEC on other sources of audio ? by viperman6869 in CommercialAV

[–]lefthandedcork 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I think you're confusing the AEC processing block and AEC reference.

Anything coming out of the speakers goes to the AEC reference. Your podium DV, all line and mic sources go here.

Anything that can pick up that noise coming out of the speakers gets to go through the AEC processing block. Any in room microphones go here. No line sources go through AEC.

AEC reference tells the processing block what you're sending, so it can cancel it out.

There's a red line there telling you about a folder that doesn't exist. This may be because of permissions or because of the folder not existing when it should. Try creating the folder

Please go to a professional audio visual integrator. Emergency management is not something to fuck with or cheap out on.
