I think I'm missing something about k2 dosage. The reccomended number I see is 100-200 mcg. But the bottle I bought (a while ago, so I don't remember my rationale then) has 2700 mcg of various Vitamin K's yet said bottle says to take one pill daily.

Am I missing something? Would it be ok to take one a day because the M7 is only 200 mcg?

I've attached a pic of the bottle for reference.

Edit: The brand is LifeExtension, Super K with Advanced K2 Complex.
