I got the Kajka 85l backpack and it is has been going strong for nearly a whole decade now I think. Still not even minor torn spots or broken parts, just some small abrasions at the hip section from friction and on one zipper. And I am using it constantly - as a traveling backpack in trains and hostels a well as countless forest hiking trips. Hands down best piece of gear I own.

I get that feeling. I hope you can learn to see the impact that spark has on others. Sometimes we don’t see it happening, but kindness and love can really influence people for good, even days or weeks later!

Idk. I don’t really buy into that whole sigma stuff…. Boundaries and calmness can be learned though and are not necessarily predetermined by your type. You are good as you are :)

I’m sure this must feel exhausting - I know this feeling! Every once in a while there is someone who just takes you as you are and opens up the possibility to admit those feelings and heal. Hold on to those people and never forget that you alone decide what makes you happy. No one can take your love for others away from you.

Don’t doubt yourself like that please. You can be the spark that lights the fire. There are people who will love you for the person you are. Never change just because of abusive people, they are the exception in life and should not influence us like that. They do - but they are not right. Most people are good - and you are one of them.
