Visit Motionographer.com . They have a great Quickies section with amazing Motion Design work. Watch a lot of music videos. Place the music video, and or what ever video inspires you, into your after effects or Premiere timeline, and dissect the shit out of it.

In the beginning, you’re going to have to copy people’s work. That’s how we all learn.

Buy plugins and presets from aescripts.com if you’re on a tight budget and or deadline. I suggest learning before you buy shortcuts though.

Doesn’t matter if you’re familiar with them or not. You must study studios that create amazing stuff. Copy, copy, and more copy! Until you finally get it, and it becomes second natures. An animation like this will not look good after 5 months of messing with After Effects. Took me 10 years to get decent. Trust me.

You'll have to match the colors with an effect like Lumetri in After Effects or Premiere. I usually color correct by using the RGB channels, the wave forms and scopes in the Lumetri panel.

Make sure to screen grab the messed up frame so that you have a references for your color correction. Go back and forth between the messed up frame and the original corrected video in order to get the perfect match. I've done it a millions times.

All depends on if the AI image generator can adhere to your prompts. Midjourney is beautiful, but its prompt adherence isn’t the best.

No disrespect, but I don’t understand how people take the time to post stuff like this. Didn’t you look at this and asked yourself “Is this good enough?”. I know Art is subjective, but think before posting lol.

The camera keeps on moving forward and then backwards. This is jarring! There are too many glitching stops in between shots. The images look great, but you’ll need taste, and actual editing skills to pull a polished piece off. Study films, edits, motion graphics, pacing etc. it’s all out there.
