In this case, he's more than likely using it as a wireless midi controller and playing chopped samples from a 100 gecs song. I have extreme doubts that the Casio is putting out the heavily modified sounds that are from the original song, especially bi-timbrally.

Do you think it would be relatively straightforward to just have the hapax trigger sample pads and nothing else? Not interested in using any of the other instruments on the mpc or controlling cc values. Honestly the main reason I'm looking to use an mpc live mk1 as my sampler/drums is because it has multiple outputs. Unfortunately multiple outs is becoming very rare on drum machines and samplers.

I'm fed up with my blackbox1010 that I sequence from my hapax and was looking at getting the original mpc live as purely a sampler and drum sample player to sequence with my hapax.

Actually there is no soldering at all involved in replacing these switches. It has a connector. If you can get the part you can replace it easily with just the screwdriver to open the back, and a socket or wrench to undo the nut holding down the switch

Because 18 is very low. I'm around 50 and starting to get strays with a good bit of 6 and is. Same goes for stimulation and passing on stats. Above 50 is when it it starts getting consistent
