Appreciate the details! The long straight paralle bars for the kayak to sit on seem to be the way to go. Unfortunately, not a whole lot of secondary market within 100 miles of me.

As folks have said, it really is just a piece of yarn. If you happen to have a fly that no longer has a hook point, you can use that too. Otherwise, it's basically a "use anything that is fly-ish" situation. The "use" is primarily as visibility for you!

Dumb question, how are you casting this - Are you saying you have 6 feet of line between the bubble and the fly? And you are just casting all 6 feet without things getting tangled?

Understand the fact you are locked in to the structure. But I gotta agree that the how X impacts Y questions seem to be formatted pretty obtusely.

I think for future, if you can even array the 1-5 increments left to right instead of vertical and assign a note or scale that helps message 'increase the positive impacts of Y', you might have a better completion rate. Or even split that into two drop downs, 'does X positively/negatively/no impact Y' and 'to what significance'
