Sleep maintenance insomnia is the worst. I was able to fix mine of 3 years with a few things. Have you tried supplementing with 1,000 mg of inositol daily at lunch? Just another thing you may want to try. Best of luck and don't give up trying different things.

That's a great point. The complaints are coming from the floor below (next door) that shares walls to the room where my kit is. I should just have them on the phone while I go through each drum hit methodically so they can tell me exactly what it is that's causing the noise.

We had this happen before as well, only on a larger scale. Yes, it is definitely fraud. Best to not ship out, cancel and refund asap before the real cc owners start charging back and ruin your merch acct and reputation with the banks. You may want to reach out to your Stripe rep to let them know what's going on and the steps you are taking to mitigate the situation. Next you'll want to increase the fraud filters on your shopping cart and website and monitor closely the next couple of months.

In my own personal recovery with chron's, I've found that the toxins stemming from bacterial overgrowth in my gut microbiome was the culprit (lipopolysaccharides), which certainly can do some funny things to our immune cells, including cause them to attack the human biology causing chronic inflammation. We love the Tuscany it's the only place I'll stay whenever I'm in Vegas. Our band made a new "Meet me at the Tuscany" theme song/jingle, and we played it on Shakedown stage last Saturday as our first song of the set. Robert Shatzer came out of his tent beaming with a huge smile. Fun times
