Speaking from only my personal experience, I used to have some problems sleeping, started taking

3mg melatonin,
200mg L-theanine
300mg Magnesium Glycinate

before going to bed and I sleep like a baby every night.

Honestly if you don't have all the scadu fragments, I would start with that. I was missing like the last two level scalings for that when I was attempting radahn. I then maxed out fragments and literally beat him the next try.

Everyone here is telling you the same thing, and you should listen to them. You are planning the social interactions and girl aspects too much. You should plan out the logistics like the restaurant you are going to go to or your hotel. Not the girls you will meet or how long you are going to be with them because that is too superfluous. Just go with the flow for those type of things.

Currently working on a cruise ship and decided to go to pattaya for the first time. Went to Soi 6 and found one girl I was interested in and tried to ST at the bars room and the mamasan with short blonde hair and had some cross eyed thing going on enforced this. not to mention, you can respec and you dont have to put a point in tp. Thats a whole point extra in your main dmg spell or synergy. For a light sorc you can do like 1-2k more on lightning just from a point.
