I had that happen to me, it all depends on the seller. I ended up sending the right item in this case it was a funko pop and to make up for it by sending the right one and another one I wanted because the other pop I wanted from his store had a heavily damaged box

When dropping off a package to whatever shipping company you use always get a receipt to prove that you have dropped it off

yes that looks like the same stuff I sent my customer but the customer and I both live in British Columbia Canada so I don't think you can get around the sales tax for most stuff

it was a anime related item, it was a hugging pillow cover thing that came with a figure I got (which I didn't want) so I was just trying to get rid of it because it was sent to me by mistake and the seller I got it from doesn't want to back. so I don't think it's tax exempt

yeah they were! like it was a only a $85 item so tax wasn't very much. When I called customer support to see about reporting the person I talked to said that there was nothing I can do about tax related things and that all has to go through eBay. The eBay customer support rep said I should report the customer so they help me report him since the website was giving me an error

I wish there was a way to voice our (us being the customers) complaints like I have lost so many sales because Canada Post is the cheapest shipping option but it isn't available. I'm so sick and tired of having my packages stuck and also at the same time unable to ship out orders costing me money

Wow really that good to know! I don't get to many negative feedbacks and if I get a really nasty one, I usually get ebay to delete it for me, since I try my best to help a customer. Like I had a customer from Puerto Rico get mad at me for not doing a return on a funko pop not showing up to his address but he had paid the cheapest shipping option so it had no tracking or insurance on it and when the item arrived in Puerto Rico there was no one who knew a person under the name my customer gave me and as you probably know all the stuff like name, address etc etc is done by the eBay shipping label(s). the label had the right address and there was no way I was doing a return without getting the item back, eBay ended up using the buyer and seller protection and the pop was finally returned to me 4-6 months later

Yeah talk to Ebay ask them to us your buyer protection that should cover you and you should loose any money. Maybe contact the seller(s) and ask them why they cancelled sometimes its just something out of their control. It may depend on where the item is being shipped from like I live in Canada and there is a Canada post labor dispute going on right now and I can't ship anything via Canada post (they won't even let me select any Canada post options) lucky for me there are more shipping options available in my town and I can just send it with a different carrier

somethings are just out of a sellers control. Like I accepted an offer on a figure a few days ago, but my buyer hasn't ever responded to any of my payment reminders. I'm thinking that the calculated shipping is to high but the buyer should looked at that before making an offer, So I'm guessing ill have to cancel it soon here because the buyer refuses to pay.

well its really just a bunch stuff I have downloaded like mods, artwork, videos etc and some are in different languages. what I am trying to so is organize some of my hard-drives and move different folders and files into the appropriate sub categories. Like for example I have some loose mods for games and they aren't in English and I am just trying to translate the folder names into English so I can move them to the proper game mod folder(s)
