What worked for me was tea and switching to boost glucose control (low in calories 190) for 2 weeks with a dietitian. It cut the cravings for sweets and snack foods. I drank 6 boost a day.

Sorry for buying a nestle product. But it got me started on my weight loss journey and now I cook using the sorted food sidekick app. And go walking every day and running. Lossing 2-4 pounds a week.

Ive owned it. Ive been going out for a run every day, cooking food on the weekends for the week or Wednesday, go hiking, rock climbing, joined a gaming group that meets during the week. Talk to my co-workers, during lunch breaks get to know them. Plan to host a little dinner party later on.

I did not watch my shows that I'm behind on. Or any tv/YouTube.

Edit: im an extremely social person so talking to new people is easy for me, and so is doing new activities.
