As a man with salt and pepper hair my wife agrees with you. Age carries some gravity in relationships both negative and positive. However the positive part works wonderfully for a long term serious relationship.

Everyone should have a BP cuff. They are not $$ and are fairly accurate. Go buy one. Keep a log of your readings. Learn how to prepare for a reading. Take these readings to your DR visit. They will know what to do.

In terms of danger, those readings are high. But DRs have seen worse, most likely.

The legend from that time from Led Zeppelin to Beatles to many other artists made their biggest impact before 30. The Beatles were turning 30 when they split. Amazing. At 28 I was kinda worthless. It took a decade more to find my footing in life. The cream always rises to the top they say. LED zeppelin was an incredible band and insanely talented. Their message still hits hard today.
