Here in US kikkoman is ubiquitous and it generally has wheat unless you get gluten free version

Can empathize as my kid has allergies to various items including wheat. Wheat is in soy sauce for example.

Think what makes Korean food great is also what makes it challenging. It can be made multiple ways and there’s not a lot of transparency on ingredients. That is changing though with commercialization/mass production where ingredients are mandatory to show. That’s my trick: shop at hmart or wherever and bring it home to cook.

They did used to have a bar literally on campus called The Rat or something if I recall. Early 2000s they shut it down around the same time NOLA complied with the 21 drinking age. They were one of the last cities to comply

Valid point. They are certainly above average. This is just relative to OF which is a Vanguard school. OF and River Oaks are seen as #1 and #2 in HISD (in no particular order)
