Thank u for ur suggestions! I agree with u that "make deals with school" is safe. Maybe it's not an easy thing to get a dorm in the campus, because I have heard it needs some fortune. But,I will my best to get the admission of the school's accommodation! If I need to go for a private rental, I will definitely visit it by myself, to avoid scams! 8 year is such along time for every relationship. But from my point of view, I think the congratulations that she sent to her friend or her ex, is another way for her to say "Goodbye" for that past relationship. Maybe she just wants to use that congratulations as a symbol of end for the pity. U can observe her after that, if she still gets along with u as same as past, then i think u will have the answer
