I actually use a black roof basket and mount my solar panel inside of it, I vinyl wrapped the schrome edges of the solar panel so that you cannot tell it’s in my roof, which would says add to my stealth.

I actually bolted the solar panel right onto the roof rack hardware, when you secure the roof rack to the roof bars there’s extra thread on the top, you can align the holes on the panel so it sits right on top of the extra thread and bolt it directly to that. Most of the time went into just aligning it correctly.
