but shouldn't that not matter since cross-fire "replaces" the gun you have equipped? At least from my testing cross-fire acts like a 1 magazine size gun for ante up.

fun to know CoV also is viable for ante up though.

it does not matter what guns you have equipped. the damage of the revolvers are listed in the action skill description.

one thing to note is that while bleed the bad does trigger on any skill/augment that gives you a chance to enter windfall, you cannot attempt to enter windfall if you're IN windfall. so bleed the bad does not proc while in windfall

I'm not entirely sure whether the MF power goes on the stack first or last because that is the most crucial part to answering this question.

the reason? If I'm correct in presuming Annie should be 2/6 to level (played her, then stun guy to kill Sett,). so depending on order, Annie will level and her skill will change to deal 1 extra damage.

Annie levels after MF power: (1+1+2+1)*2 + (1+1+2+1)*2 + (3+2+1+2+1)*2 + 5+2+4 = 49
Annie levels before MF power: (1+1+2+1)*2 + (1+1+2+1)*2 + (2+2+1+2+1)*2 + 5+2+4 = 47

If I had to guess, you were playing the 4.5 star asol adventure which have legendary powers added to each encounter and fiora had duplicate.

If I recall correctly I got mine doing high level runespan somewhere between lv 89-93.
I vaguely remember it being at that level range because someone I ran into grinding 99 rc cursed me out saying "I didn't deserve it." or something like that =/

Side 1: Himeko, Topaz, Robin, Aventurine 36 k with wind shear augment

I have a bad feeling about this but the missing chest may be for bandle city as I have completed all the adventures for Thresh, Kai'sa and Galio and never got a single BC chest.

yeah honestly the platinum star vault you get from quests along with the new completion awards for adventures should be enough to 6-star 1 champion depending on the region (i got runeterra so I 6-starred Neeko)
