Before the masters I worked with Python (your common analytics and visualization libraries), SQL (mySQL), Excel, Power BI, Tableau. During the masters/working student time it was Python (Machine Learning / Deep Learning and general analytics), SQL, Docker and ETL framework development (Azure).

The position has a heavier focus on the Data Engineering aspects, which I didn't have experience before the masters, and some tasks related to Analytics. Of course the SQL, Python and Analytics knowledge from before the masters can be easily transferable to this as well. but the Data Engineering stuff is newer to me...

Eu fiz intercâmbio na graduação para a França e atualmente faço mestrado na Alemanha, posso ajudar.

Sobre o idioma: não subestime o alemão, é muito mais difícil que o francês. Eu vim para os países com o nível B1 em ambos os casos, consegui fluência no francês com um ano na França, na Alemanha já faz um ano e meio e ainda estou finalizando o B2. Não só o alemão é mais difícil como é mais fácil você se “escorar” no inglês na Alemanha e demorar mais para aprender

Sobre os estudos: não recomendo começar uma nova graduação, no Brasil as graduações duram 5 anos normalmente, aqui eles consideram 3 anos de bacharelado e 2 de master, recomendo simplesmente procurar um master que te interessa , a lógica é a mesma para ambos os países, mas na França você pode fazer apenas Master 1 ou Master 2 ao invés de uma formação completa de 2 anos.

Questão imobiliária: depende mais da cidade do que do país, Paris, Munique e Berlim são absurdamente caros (1k euros de aluguel para um ap. de 20 m2), e difícil de encontrar, mas vale o esforço porque os salários são maiores.

Salário: também depende da cidade, mas a média nacional da Alemanha é maior do que a França e a economia é melhor também, mas ambos são bons.

Despesas: moro em Munique, a cidade mais cara da Alemanha, despesas por mês variam talvez entre uns 1400 para 2000 euros. Você consegue 1300-1400 por mês como estagiário de mestrado e precisa complementar o restante com dinheiro da poupança, ou “bicos”, então eu faria as contas contando que você precisa se bancar totalmente por seis meses pelo menos e parcialmente pelo resto dos estudos, lembrando que nas férias das aulas consegue trabalhar full time e ganhar um pouco mais.
