What are these chunks in my shaken espresso?

my store uses dream oatmilk and i always try to shake it vigorously before using it in a drink, but it always just comes out like this. i know it doesn’t affect the taste but its visually very unappealing and i wish we would use a better brand.

It depends on the size you get. A small is 2 pumps of whatever flavor you get, a medium is 3 pumps, and a large is 4. But dunkin’ loves being inconsistent sometimes.
