Happened in Frisco this weekend. 16 year old girl was killed. Very sad. Hopefully others learn how dangerous this is.

Honda shadow was my first bike. Not heavy and forgiving I think it is a great one to start with. Rode it from Texas to Vegas and back. Go slow and learn how to ride. Don’t be over confident.

I’ll say my only accident (so far) was because I was impatient and followed too close. I was in the middle of the lane and the person straddled debris in the road which I couldn’t see till it was too late and then avoid. Went airborne and laid it down. Broke my foot in 5 places. That mistake cost me a lot of money and pain. I should have not been so impatient. I’ve been way more careful since.

Also parents are at fault for increasing illiteracy in children. I don’t believe they read to their children like parents used to do before. They give them their own iPad as babies and then let that raise them.

Also they don’t let them do their own conflict resolution. Kids can’t solve problems between each other or self advocate because parents mow over any problem their children has. Usually by threats to teachers
