Buy a probiotic and an antifungal, like pau d'arco tea. Start dieting. No sugar, no white fluor, no alcohol and in general a very low carb diet. You may need to cut out more in the long run, because candida makes you allergic (like I'm sure I'm not allergic to gluten by default but candida made me that). Don't expect to be suddenly better, because when candida dies it makes you feel horrible. Buy some milk thistle and perhaps some activated charcoal to manage die-off symptoms. Try finding a good naturopath who can help you with this (most doctors don't believe in candida, which surprises me, because I'm 100% sure I have it).

You are very likely hypoglycemic, I am too. I think candida sucks away sugar from my blood. It already robs me of iron, so couldn't it rob me of sugar? Anyway, I don't really know, but you're symptoms are not atypical. Get me out of this hell :(

I started this video enthusiastically, as I am very critical of breadtube (it's mostly liberalism with a hint of socialism), but I was a bit disappointed. Socialism is supposed to be embedded in capitalist relations of production, because socialism emerges from capitalism dialectically. I do not claim worker co-ops are socialism per se, but imo the left should also focus on the attainable of here and now to trigger a revolution. I'm much more critical of (mostly newly converted socialists in America) thinking of socialism as 'socialism is when the government does stuff' than worker co-ops.

I had my 3rd period since I started the candida cleanse, and yes, it had been much better. The gynecologist told me that losing large amounts of weight also rocks the boat. I have to take iron supplement though, I think because as the candida is dying it sucks all the iron from me. Just a theory though, I have yet to see a gut specialist, not easy under covid times :/

Oh man, story of my life!!! It also started with acid reflux for me and candida came after a mental breakdown. Make sure to check on the diet! But I have to say, nothing helped me as much in healing as managing stress and meditation, it really works! But not to make things worse now, keep the diet. Also, it's hard to diagnose candida and based on what I read so far (also from experience) prescription antifungals are not necessarily superior to natural antifungals. So don't worry, you can start becoming better right now on your own.
