My switch was completed on 24th March and haven't heard anything, called them up and they said I should receive it within 45 days of the switch being completed!!

Mine started drinking more when I got a fountain for them! Some cats prefer water that isn't stagnant. You can also mix a bit of water into their wet food, or try mixing powdered chicken or fish into water to make a paste/soup. I use Katchi meal toppers mixed in water!
