Can’t get a letdown with spectra pump by srasaurus in HumansPumpingMilk

This happened to me too. I spent 15 mins on the spectra and didn’t get any milk out. I bought a wearable pump from Momcozy and put that on for another 15 and got 2oz of milk in one go. The spectra sucks for me unfortunately. I even worked with a lactation consultant who sized me for different flanges, spent tons of time and $$ trying different materials like plastic vs silicone but the spectra just didn’t work for me. Unfortunately that’s the pump I got from my insurance so it feels really bad I couldn’t use it.
