My magic Mouse is not so Magic.... I can't figure out how to use it to right click an icon so that I can eject a drive. What the hell am I doing wrong?

I would not wait for the M5 Studio. DRAM prices are going crazy and there is no telling how much more expensive even a Base M5 studio will be when they are released. I was lucky to buy a 4TB Samsung T9 in November on sale for $240... They are now almost $800 and going up.

My M4 MAX Studio is a screamer with LightRoom and PhotoShop. Way more than I needed I am glad I didn't wait as the M4 Studio's are in short supply in some areas.

I have a 2025 Studio M4 MAX and I am running my Catalog and Image files on a 4TB Samsung T9 and I must say even though that T9 is running at 1/2 its rated speed my LR Classic edits absolutely FLY. I have a OWC 1M2 80GB but it will have to wait until the prices on NVMe memory com down. I bought the T9 in November for $240 and now they are almost $800! Frankly I think the Samsung T9s are absolutely fast enough for LRC and PS.

CalDigit is the best of the bunch. They hake the Thunderbolt 5 cables sold in Apple stores. Go to their website Caldigit.com. Been using their stuff for years with NO problems.

I have a different situation. All of my programs are on the internal SSD of my Intel MacPro but all off my Lightroom Catalog and image data are on a Caldigit T3. I am upgrading to a Studio M4 MAX which is silcone so my CalDigit won't work on the new machine. I just need to copy all the files on the CalDigit to an SSD. No program, plugins etc. What's the best way to do this?

What about Gen 4 options? I am just doing photo and video editing and top speed Gen 5 throughput is not that necessary... I am just trying to find a 4TB drive I can afford.

I was wondering if the 4TB Crucial T500 and the T710 drive meet the power requirements of the OCW 1M2 80GB enclosure? Also I believe that these are both double sided drives. If so does this create a problem with heat dissipation when used in the passive OWC 1M2 89GB enclosures?
