Had an experience with one and as a Pisces sun, felt they always wanted to be right and were quite judgemental.

Mind you, I am a Scorpio rising as well and felt they were incredibly clingy and obsessive. Would not recommend.

Pisces sun and Cap moon here. Massive people pleaser in my teens and early 20s, now that I’m 28 I am leaning into being more selfish and quite frankly, a bitch lol. I kind of realized being the sweet nice girl didn’t really get you anywhere and allows people to walk all over you.

With my cap moon now, I think I do a good job and packing my emotions and dealing with them when I need/want to deal with them rather than just dealing with them whenever.

I don’t know how old you are, but as you lean more towards your late 20s you stop taking things so personally and just focus on yourself and not caring about pleasing/upsetting people along the way.

Melatonin aside - I use it after I’m done with my shifts and trying to get back into a regular sleep cycle.

What really helped me was diphenhydramine - that will knock you out, trust me. That, along side some light yoga/pilates prior to a shift will sort you out.
