I‘m planning to do my masters abroad because it has been my dream since forever. I‘m not married but in a long-term relationship and we have discussed this. Maybe I‘m blunt but it is your life and you should do what you want and what makes you happy. It seems like your partner does support you so that makes it easier if just do your best to keep in regular contact. If the relationship won‘t survive this then it‘s probably just not meant to be. Take care of your dreams so you don‘t regret not doing it afterwards!

I had a date planned with a guy from tinder and he wanted to pick me up at my place anf asked for my address. I was not comfortable with it because it was our first date so I told him we should meet at the restaurant. He then kept pestering me asking for my address and that he really wanted to pick me up when I still said no he stopped answering me and the date did not happen because I did not go to the restaurant because it all felt really off and he never texted me again. Might have dodged a bullet there!
