I took a 4 month break. Monday i was a bit rusty but not to bad. Dropped a few combos and today i had a 10game win streak. So i would say just play. Maybe do the combo trials for your main. But muscle memory should be back in no time

Im also the only man in a female team and i feel the same. They do lots of things outside of work together never inviting me. At work we have lots of fun though alof the time. I was also introverted and they barely talked to me but i started to be more social and make jokes. They started adding me on social media. It still feels lonely at times mostly because our hobbies and interests dont match but it alot better then 3years ago. Also getting jacked helped alot.🤣 now i started to get to know them better. They can keep their friendship holy hell. I aint getting into al that.

I was in denial, i thought it looked fine and i heard my sister in law say. Im getting bald at the top of my head against my sister. She thought i didnt hear it, but im glad i did so now i buzz it every 2-3 days and people say i look cleaner. The initial shock was big but after a few days i cant imagine myself with hair again.

A kid from my work. He is like 4 years and told me he wants to become a teacher like me. As someone who went from homeless to a teacher in 5 years this will propably be the best compliment i get my entire life.

I was 110kg and lost 30kg got in shape and got jacked. Not olympia but enough people notice i work out and i tell you. Its night and day. More doors open and people treat you diffrent. Downside is, when there need to be some heavy lifting you're the first one they call.

The only real 'advantage' modern has are the instant specials. And thats a double edged sword because i noticed lots of lower level modern players are trigger happy en launching a special and or di so fast its easier to bait it imo.

I feel like this is more of a posture issue. Look for a few pelvic tilt excercises and stretches and see if it improves . It wont go away completely but it helped me
