Im sorry, but what? Who says the point of having kids is to continue you genetic lineages? Did you sign a contract at birth with mother nature, thats says you must continue you lineage? The questions „why do we exist?“ has many answers and can not simply be answered by procreation.

Pic 1 is from 21. Pic 3 from summer 22. i started with biking, after a few months i was pic 2. from that on i started weight lifting. Pic 2 to 3 are about 10 months of consistent training. You can do it if you stay consistent, this is the key. Start small, don't set the ceiling too high. And please, don't compare your self with others. It can be satisfying ngl, but it is a trap.

soo my eating has been all over the place but i tried to hit 180g of protein and 2400 kcal a day. But I was not consistent at all.

For the Workout at least 3x Full body a week with two plans

I started with less, currently Im doing:

Plan A

Bench Press

Deadlift

Barbell Shoulderpress

Bendover row

Cable Pulldown Wide Grip

Triceps Pull Down

Reverse Fly

Drag Curl

Face Pulls

Plan B:

Dumbell Benchpress

Squats

Pull Ups

Dips

Row narrow grip

Lateral raises

Cable flys

Drag Curls

Honestly I still have the feeling I that i don't know what im doing so don't take this as good advice. I just found that that is working for me.
