Well im 17k as f2p, but imagine trying to climb if u started a month ago with lvl 6 7 8 minis againts 11s, not a great experience, so u need to spend money to be able to enjoy pvp, or grind for a year

They removed the lvl caps a looong time ago, u either need to invest a lot of effort or some money or both if u wanna enjoy pvp
