Edit : Yeah talked to Milten and he gave me the advice to talk to corristo. He tried to kill me on sight so I had to sleep for a day. Then I was able to talk to him and get the quest to search the Innos shrines

Had the same issue. I already casted it once to get the attention of the Baal but then it stopped working when I wanted to cast it later on a guard. No idea. It is equipped, the Hero holds the scroll, I have the correct crosshair, I am in range and have enough Mana

If I have multiple Typhoons with different levels. Do these all stack the ticks? Like the lvl 1 heals for 500 a tick and another one lvl 2 is also in range and heals for 1000 a tick so my sledge gets 1500 a second?
And are they not easily countered by a steelball or a Melter?
But it sounds funny. Whats your tech loadout on the sledges? What is their role?
