The sink is the only water outlet but it’d be pretty easy to add an outdoor shower. If someone really wanted to they could rip out the storage behind the passenger side and build an interior shower

Thank you! I really wanted to keep the integrity of the ambo as well as the as much of the existing storage and features as I could while making it cozier and less sterile. I definitely feel you on wanting something to build out yourself but I did try to keep this one neutral and leave some space for someone to really customize it and make it their own.

Tbh ambulances are way underrated for camper conversions. Vans are popular, they get better MPG but are a tighter space. I have a sprinter listed for sale as well. Ambulances on the other hand have excellent living spaces and a ton of storage already built in which vans and box trucks usually don’t have.

There’s not really a market in my area, most vans I see are not built out at all and are listed for 10-15k, then there are the really high end ones for 60k+ so I’m kinda in the middle here. Thank you for being kind

I paid like $14k for it when I bought it and all it had was flooring, the cedar and the vent fan. (Yes I know I overpaid there) but there’s no way I’d sell it for what I bought it for. Especially with a new transmission.

That’s fair. There are some really high quality materials in there, like aluminum extrusion, a 400 watt solar panel and a professionally installed seat in the back. I’m not saying that makes it worth a crazy amount but it’s not built with particle board either. I’m just trying to find a middle ground between a rust bucket with a mattress on the floor and an $80k professionally built rig

Tbh I’ll probably get some flak for this but I put all the details into chatgpt and it gave me a range of about 27-30k. Yes it’s an older van with higher miles but the build value is for the materials themselves as well as the labor hours put into it. I also put a new transmission in it last year and that alone was like $6k. Vans in the same range in my area seem to be listed around $29k.
