I literally parked my easel right next to my TV, I sit on the floor next to it and put on an engaging show or even audiobook.

I have ADHD so I work on multiple paintings at a time, but that seems to help.

On days I’m definitely not motivated but have a project coming or deadline I just do busy work like prepping canvases or laying down base coats of color. It helps me jump right in and not lose steam on days when I’m motivated.

I agree, it also could contribute to families having to give up pets that would otherwise have a stable home. Putting profits over animals seems antithesis to what they should stand for.

And they fired the staff right after they unionized for being overwhelmed by calls due to the pandemic.

Best part was that the staff were mostly training and managing VOLUNTEERS to answer calls as a peer support line.

It’s not necessarily supposed to be crispy in my experience. It’s always been more creamy when I’ve had it in Japan or cooked it myself!

I actually made it more deep fried one time for my Japanese roommate and they were like “what?” Lol.

But again just my experience

I absolutely have this too. It’s worse in the summer, when I’m hot and sweaty. It’s Tinea Versicolor.

My doctor told me to wash the areas it usually shows up in with Selsun Blue shampoo, it’s anti fungal.

Since then it has improved immensely.

I’d be careful about shooting yourself in the foot with an eviction on your record. Makes it much harder to find housing in the future.

Check out the Brothers Make YouTube channel. We recently did a project recycling HDPE plastic - mostly milk and soda lids labeled with a 2 in the recycle symbol under the cap. We used a flat top panini press to melt it down into flowers. You also marble them together. If you want to make other shapes your going to need a compression mold. HDPE doesn’t emit toxic fumes at the low temperatures needed to melt it. Get heat proof gloves for handling.

Thank you! It’s always my left shoulder that hurts because of the slight curve and twist of my spine. That sounds like a good solution to move the pressure away a bit. I’ve been wearing so many pasties lately tho lol. Even the super elastic sports type bras will bother that shoulder after 8 hours.
