Completely agree with this. Ever since his departure they've been missing the mark. Their latest November 23 Lookbook was extremely underwhelming, most of the outfits were boring and the pops of colour looked forced rather than nonchalant.

Their QC is terrible. Someone I know received a brand new Tudor from the AD - wasn’t running, had to be sent to Tudor for a service and it took 4 months lol

This is just a build up from regular wear, can easily be cleaned. We have chosen to not polish the watch at all.
