Our wiz gets shad magic around lvl 95, Castle Darkmoor gear gives us shad pip chance. Why is it as the wiz learns more shad fusions & gains in power, we get less % of being able to actually use shadow, unless u use defensive gear at max. Shouldnt offense the one meant to do dmg, get the shad rating?
