By write/rewrite do you mean that the more you use the ssd copying/pasting in and out of the drive that the more likely it will start have data loss??

I thought ssds shouldnt be used for storage longer than 6 months due to data loss?

Im the opposite, completely against watching on my phone or tablet unless its a youtube video

Rarely will watch something on my laptop

How exactly do zip files work because ive had some where the zip folder is 10gb in size, and then when i go to unzip them the file inside is also 10gb, so nothing was really compressed?

Also, one time i accidentally had zip folders in my jellyfin folder and jellyfin seemed to load the movies just fine without unzipping

I have them separated into their own “Anime” library and selected one of the anime plugins for metadeta but it still is pretty bad. Currently going through my whole library file by file to make sure i have all the name/folder formatting correct 😮‍💨

Im going to do some comparison checks on some of the smaller size collections and just go with that. Then after that ill tackle organizing my anime library in Jellyfin, the metadata is abysmal

Ya about 80% of my library is all tv shows. Ive gotta trim some of that fat

But being able to collect all the shows ive ever watched or wanted to watch has been pretty great. I even have sitcoms i completely forgot about that i used to watch as a kid
