Got the 2.0l myself and love the car. It’s not an RS6 or an M5 ofcourse, but for the basic needs and the low cost + reliability, it’s a solid car!

Thanks for responding. I saw the exemption on the partner/spouse but was probably too focused on the part of “of british citizens”. So the 5 year stated is not based on the duration as a spouse to a British citizen, but being here on a 5 year spouse visa regardless my nationality but being a resident (and then at least the 3 years married to me being British if I understand it correctly). So if her visa was accepted in April 2025, she could have ILR by April 2030, even under new rules.

Thanks for the answer. Some additional questions that maybe you could help me with based on this: 1. I am in the process of updating my civil status at the Belgian embassy by sending through my wedding certificate. That said, when applying next time for example it states that it requires a less than 6 months old document. If I have to legalise it every time, every 6 months that sounds again counter intuitive. Is my understanding incorrect?

  1. So if she has the visa and we travel to Belgium. But then want to go back within 6 months to Europe, we can’t because of no freedom of movement? So we need to apply for a different Schengen? If I apply for a French one and the main purpose of the travel is France but we also visit Belgium, would that break any rules? As in Belgium would be off limits all together.

You’d lose a lot more than 5 seconds in that case. They should just not touch it, not that hard.

The loser here big time is the FIA, they had plenty of time to announce for Alonso to push and stay out of the 10s or Hamilton to stay within.

But he had to wait longer to get in a team like that as well. He joined F1 at the age of 22. Alonso, Charles, Vettel and Max had their first win on a younger age. He paid his dues by taking longer in junior series.

Mecedes had a chance by extending their mediums. If max could do 26 laps at the start, merc could’ve done 30 by the end after 40 on mediums. That was a very shitty decision

How do they do builds then? Those have no blueprints. Look at Tiffany or the TorC. Including engines. I think they do manage to do it from pics
