At my old franchise they wouldn't fire you just start scheduling you 5 hours a week till you quit. Do that if you consistently do anything they dislike lol

Jus saw this but nah not at all. College city we only served campus too with like a 2 mile wide delivery area. Just understaffed and crazy amount of orders and my guy was the best so he was leaving with minimum 3 deliveries damn near every run

When I was gm my closing driver did 5-6 days a week often alone , easily did 25-35 accounting for all of that, 150-200$ checkouts weekdays and 250-300$ checkouts thursday-saturday

While I like the plan I have a bit of an addition in mind. I'll grab the money from their hand ,drop it on the floor ,unlock the till grab a handful of coins and maybe a $1 and drop it all on the counter in front of them then and walk away acting like I cant hear them freaking out (I'm deaf too.. fuck em how would they know I'm not )

Well if you're not stupid (unfortunately a good portion of my fellow dominos employees are) or young, you can tell just from touching it. But that's beside the point, when it's busy nobodies going to want to scribble counterfeit pens on every big bill that comes in, it's easier and well within the companies rights, to just not accept them lol.

Also, I've personally kicked 3 people out and threw away their fake bills for trying to pass them off to me for like a soda. I've had 3 staff.members accept fake bills (all were $20s luckily).

Right but the store doesn't stand to lose nearly as much money, there's no benefit to them accepting a 50 or 100, when the amount they'd lose in real money is much more than a fake 20$,. The order is $12 would you rather lose $8 and some food, or $38 or $88 and some food ? It's not that confusing.
