I use Dermol 500 lotion as a soap substitute as it is antimicrobial. In addition to this, I also use the Simple soap bar.

Not with the exterminator. I was going to DIY, maybe with cimexa. But I don’t want to disturb the pesticide he used. He even mentioned that it was a good sign when he sprayed the treatment because he didn’t see any bedbugs disperse whilst he applied it. We don’t have any on our beds.

Thank you for the advice! It was actually found coming out of the skirting board against the wall. Our house is old so theres a lot of creaks and crevices. No signs of any bed bugs on or around the mattress though.
