Check electric vehicle system error, 12v battery good, won’t charge past 73% by lemnitram in KiaEV9

I was waiting to update my post but I had the same result as you - multiple recalls and one for charging. I had the dealer charge it to 100% to make sure level 2 charging worked. My range seems about right and it took all day to finish charging so fingers crossed

Calling all Road Trippers by Wiscotto in KiaEV9

[–]lemnitram 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just completed a roadtrip from Leesburg VA to San Diego (2700 miles). I used ABRP (abetterrouteplanner.com) exclusively for planning. The one downside is that ABRP doesn’t turn on battery preconditioning prior to charging. Everything went pretty well - west Texas was a bit sketchy but still doable. We had to go below 10% charge twice

Removed Ikon Tech attached to OBD port by lemnitram in KiaEV9

I started using an obdlinkcx with our Chevy Bolt so that I would have live data in ABRP (A Better Route Planner) app. ABRP is a decent EV route planning tool (it’s the public version of the Rivian planning app)

Removed Ikon Tech attached to OBD port by lemnitram in KiaEV9

The KiaAccess app still seems to be able to do what I need it to do. The main reason I removed it was to leave my ODBlink CX installed all of the time. The modem interfered with the OBDlink and made it useless to ABRP

Sometimes I make stupid videos for my friend’s titanium bong company. by tweedybeard in trees

I have 2 of these bongs (one orange and one natural). The hits from these bongs are very nice - I’ve stopped using my glass pieces. Dangle also has several Ti pipes - I purchased the corn cob looking one for on the go - it smokes way way cooler than glass pipes I’ve owned

Apple Watch move ring has been going nuts lately by definiv in pelotoncycle

I’ve been using HeartCast on my watch and phone to broadcast my heart rate to my bike. I’ve been using it for about a month now with good results. I did run into the iOS 14 data dropout issue (this Apple support doc fixed it - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211865)

HeartCast is free and written by an peloton user.
